Virtual Breathwork Full Moon Healing Circle

Sunday, June 22nd at 8pm EST

"Courage to me is doing something daring, no matter how afraid, insecure, intimidated, alone, unworthy, incapable, ridiculed or whatever other paralyzing emotion you might feel. Courage is taking action...no matter what. So you're afraid? Be scared silly to the point you're trembling and nauseous, but do it anyway!"

—Richelle E Goodrich

It takes courage to walk a new path, to step beyond what's familiar and known. It takes courage to break patterns that no longer serve the soul. Speaking your truth, even softly, is an act of alignment with your inner self. Healing asks you to meet yourself where you are, with compassion and patience.

It takes courage to move forward when the outcome is uncertain, to trust the unfolding. Opening your heart—to love, to grief, to joy—is an act of spiritual openness. Choosing neutrality instead of judgment is a deep practice of presence. Flexibility, too, is a spiritual strength—the willingness to flow instead of resist.

It takes courage to say no when something doesn't resonate with your truth, and to say yes when your soul says “go.” Asking for help is a sacred act of humility and connection. Being yourself—fully and without pretense—is a return to your essence.

Discipline is a devotion to what matters most. Facing the unknown requires faith, not in control, but in guidance. Letting go of the past, of identities and attachments, is how we make space for the light to enter.

To release the idea of how life should be, and to accept what is, is an act of surrender. Staying present is a spiritual practice, especially when fear arises. Letting old structures dissolve may feel like loss, but it's often the soul making room for something more aligned.

It takes courage to trust—not blindly, but deeply. To listen to the still, small voice within and honor it. And to live in integrity with what you know is right—for yourself, and for the greater good.

These are quiet forms of courage. Sacred steps on the path of becoming.

Our strong and expansive hearts crave to be witnessed, connect with others, to be seen, understood and felt. When that glorious center of our chests received our own witnessing, our own love and tenderness, we have the strength to move forward with the courage we need to meet this moment. As we approach the summer solstice on June 20, the longest day of light of the year, we are invited into an illumination of a new way forward. Let your heart be your guide and join me to breathe into your beautiful courageous heart.

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris.  It is part catharsis, part socially sanctioned adult temper tantrum, and part consciousness altering.  The experience moves stagnant emotional energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and sadness.  It can help you to find a home in your body and your heart and help you learn to trust yourself.  It may leave you feeling softer, open and less burdened.

Possible benefits of breathwork:

  • Release of stuck or stagnant emotions in the body

  • A heart opening to greater love

  • Access to greater creativity and expression

  • Deeper connection to self, guides, ancestors, the natural world, and Spirit

  • Increased compassion, understanding and authentic connection in relationships
